Mini Challenges

As someone who thrives on being active and outdoors I am constantly looking for something that tests me. I spend a lot of my time completing smaller challenges and races that typically can be done over a day or weekend. These don’t require the same level of planning as the bigger projects and is a great way to experience and explore in between big expeditions and adventures.

Below is a sample of what I’ve been up to recently.

Please check out Future Challenges to see what other ‘Mini Challenges’ I’m up to this year.

Yorkshire 3 Peaks - 28 December 2011

The perfect antidote for the softness caused by too many nights out, too many mince pies and too much mulled wine in the weeks leading up to Christmas.

My final challenge of 2011 - read about it here.

Tough Guy 2012 - 29 January 2012

Back for more fun and games with Mr. Mouse and the infamous Tough Guy course.

HellRunner: Hell Down South - 26 November 2011

HellRunner: Hell Down South

Brooks HellRunner is a 10 -12 mile off-road race taking on tough, twisting trails and the famed Hills of Hell and the Bog of Doom!

“The Finish will bring redemption… but only to successful HellRunners”

Teaming up once again with the Tough Guy crew of Henry Topham and Rob McKenzie, the c. 11 miles of undulating, challenging terrain made for a hard race but one which was extremely enjoyable and well organised.

I will be back for more next year.
